Since you have a 6-1/2' bed you'll want to go with a sliding fifth wheel hitch to gain some additional turning clearance and avoid having the nose of the trailer hit the cab of your Ram. For this I recommend the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 along with the B&W Semi-Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Dodge Ram # BWRVR3205-00 to mount the hitch.
