If I have a fuse blown on my truck trailer plug will all my light not work on my trailer

This will vary from vehicle to vehicle. First of all if you vehicle came from the factory with a trailer connector you will need to check your owners manual to see what all fuses are linked to the trailer connector. I have seen some which will only use one fuse for all the power that goes to the lights which is similar to how after market vehicle wiring harnesses like the # 119250KIT. While some manufacturers will have a separate fuse for each function on the trailer connector. So while some vehicles may only lose one light function others will lose all the functions and none of the trailer lights will work. You can use a Test Light # PTW2993 to check the fuses without removing them to verify that power is getting through your fuses.
