I have a 2024 Ram 2500 6.4 bed with the Thule TracRac SR Will this tonneau fit my truck with rack #LE43VR If not what soft tonneau will work Thank you

The Leer Soft Tonneau Cover # LE43VR currently (November 2023) is listed to only fit up to the 2023 Ram 2500, but I'm seeing a lot of tonneau covers from the 2023 model listed as fits for the 2024 model so I wouldn't be surprised if this fits your 2024 Ram 2500 short bed.
For a similarly-styled cover that has been confirmed to fit your vehicle we have the Access Vanish Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A94259.
When it comes to fitment of either cover with your Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-501 these will technically fit together, but we've found the black rails of the TracRac will rub against the sides of the cover when you open and close it which will wear it down in time.
