I have a tow bar lighting solution that would fit your 2022 GMC 1500 but the TowDaddy harness definitely does not. TowDaddy hasn't been around for a very long time to the point we aren't entirely sure what vehicle this fits but it was made a long time before your truck was made so it definitely isn't a fit for it. Instead you'd need a diode kit like the Roadmaster part # RM-152-98146-7 which splices into the truck's taillight wiring.
