We do have a few options for an enclosed lockable cargo carrier, but there is no lockable container that is made specifically to be added to the Reese Solo Cargo Carrier # PS1040100. We do offer cargo bags like # HCR628, which will fit inside the carrier and protect your gear, but do not offer much along the lines of security.

For a lockable enclosed carrier we offer the Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier # M2205-01-02. This carrier offers a 48-3/4" long x 24" wide x 22" tall cage with a lockable lid, and a durable polyester bag to fit.

Another good option is the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR. This features a 23" long x 60" wide x 16" tall enclosed cargo box. They are a bit more on the expensive side, but this is a very well made, highly versatile carrier.
