You will need to weld a bracket like the Bulldog 3-Position Adjustable Channel Bracket part # BDAC3000300 to the 3 inch by 4 inch rectangle tubing but after that yes, the Pro Series Adjustable-Channel Coupler # PSA200S0303 would work on your trailer.
All welding should be done by a qualified welder.
