Why Won't My Greystone RV Fireplace Turn On When It Has Power Running To It

Question:
I have power to the board on the fireplace, but nothing works. No lights no display nothing could be bored be burnt out and need to be replaced. That’s my question.

If your Greystone Electric RV Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000068 isn't powering on at all and you've checked that the outlet is good then the board most likely is fried. Replacements can only be purchased through the manufacturer so you'll have to reach out to Greystone or their parent company Lippert components.
