Hi. I lost part to my HR1000Z bike rack. It is the top outside hook which has a keyed lock. Can I get a replacement? If so can I get same key lock? Thanks

The top ratcheting hook on the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider HR1000Z is the short hook and can be purchased with part # HRBS-SPRFHLZ-S. If you ever need to replace the lower hook as well you would need the long hook # HRBS-SPRFHLZ-L. The lock cores unfortunately can't be ordered by number so you would be stuck with whichever code is sent to you. You could try reaching out to Hollywood Racks to see if you could get a replacement lock core that's coded the same as what you currently have through them though.
