Question:

I have a 2007 paradise point fifth wheel RV. The protechtor has the solid red light on and won’t reset. Does this need to be replaced?

Yes, a solid red light means that it's time to replace your detector. The Atwood RV Carbon Monoxide and Propane Gas Detector # AT36681 you were looking at is going to be the closest option that we currently offer to the Protechtor's size. It requires a 3-9/16" long x 3-7/16" wide x 1" deep cutout hole and has a 3-wire installation.
