How can you reset the lock code for the extang encore, I tried it when I first got it, it never took the key for my 2015 Chevy Colorado Z71

The lock core of the Replacement OEM Bolt Lock for Extang EnCore Hard Tonneau Cover # EX28620152-28 can only keyed once. So if it got keyed to something there isn't a way to change it. That's kind of a security feature so that it can be broken into.
