I have a Fogatti tankless water heater and have no power at the unit or the remote controller. Any suggestions

The first things to check are the On/Off switch on your Fogatti water heater, like part # LSB64FR, and the fuse located below the switch. If the switch is on and the fuse looks good then you need to verify that you have 12V power actually getting to the water heater, which can be done using a circuit tester # PTW2993. If you don't have power to the unit then you need to make sure you're getting 12V power, any fuses or breakers are in good shape, and that the wiring isn't damaged anywhere.
If the unit is switched on, the fuse is good, and the unit is getting power then the next 2 things you want to check are your water regulator (each RV should use one to make sure proper water pressure) and your propane regulator.
If all of that checks out then I recommend having a professional look at your setup to make sure everything is in good, working order, and then look into a warranty if you're still within that 1-Year timeframe.
