Question:

We have purchased from you before with a thule kayak grade and I am hoping you can help me again. We have two bike racks Mini Cooper factory touring and the cradle was stolen from one of them. Do have any kind of replacement part that would work. We understand they are similar or were made by Thule. The Mini Cooper replacement parts replace everything separately but the cradles.Thanks

The rack in the picture you submitted looks exactly like a Thule Criterium Bike Rack part # TH598. It sounds like you are in need of a Replacement Wheel Holder for Thule Criterium Roof Mounted Bike Carrier # 852-2040-007 and possibly a Replacement Ratcheting Wheel Strap for Thule Criterium Roof Mounted Bike Carrier # 853-6512 and a Replacement Wheel Strap Button # 7522300001.

Hoping you can help! I l am missing just the back end cap for my Touring Bike Holder for my 2013 Mini Cooper. Can you help me find this small piece?

If in fact the Touring Factory Bike Rack is the same as the Thule Criterium, the right replacement end cap would be part # 853-6520. It has a pretty unique design so you'll likely be able to tell if it will fit just by looking at pictures on the product page.
