Nope, there is no drilling into the frame rails of your 2023 Ford F-350 Super Duty to install the Curt underbed gooseneck that fits your truck; the correct part number is the following:
- Curt Custom Underbed OEM-Style Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C59VV
The only other thing you will need if you don't have it is gooseneck hitch wiring, the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness for Aluminum Truck Beds # 50-97-410-010.
