4-Way to 7-Way Adapter for Vehicle with 4-Way and Trailer 7-Way

Question:
Will this work if you plug the 4 way into your original plug and the 7 way into the trailer? I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 2door.

You basically need the opposite direction adapter of the # HM47365 that you referenced. You'd instead want the part # 37185.
