The hitches available for a 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible only have a 200lb tongue weight capacity so you that would leave you with 80lbs of capacity left for a cargo carrier to haul the scooter on. The trailer hitches that we currently offer only have a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening though so you'll likely have a hard time finding a cargo carrier with a ramp to get the scooter onto the carrier.
That being said, you'll want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11133 for the trailer hitch and can use a carrier like the 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # C18110 along with some separate ramps # 288-07474-2 to get the scooter loaded/unloaded.
