I have a UK market Land Rover Defender with the 7-pin UK socket installed. I want to replace it with a socket that will recieve mh US trailer plugs, with brakes. Is there a dirgram to help me achieve this?

Yes, we do have a diagram you can reference when installing a US-style 7-Way on your Land Rover Defender, like the Hopkins Endurance # HM47210.
I'm attaching a photo showing the pin-out for a US 7-Way and I'll be linking our helpful article that goes into this with a little more depth.
Please note that vehicle wiring in the UK tends to be separated out a lot more than in the US so you may end up needing to use some other parts like the Roadmaster Hy-Power Diodes # RM-794 as well. We don't have the exact set of things needed to do this kind of conversion though so I do recommend checking with a US-based shop that has experience doing this.
