what trailer wiring harness do you recommend for the 2014 Subaru outback wagon?

For wiring I would recommend the Curt Wiring harness part # C56040. This harness installs pretty easily by just plugging into the an existing port on your vehicle behind the interior trim panel in your rear cargo area. I attached an install video for this product for you to check out also.
As long as your 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon is not a Sport model the Draw-Tite part #75673 that you referenced would be an excellent choice for your vehicle. This thing has been reviewed by a ton of customers and has a perfect rating so I think it would be your best option.
I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out also.
