The UnderCover Triad covers the bedrails where the towers of the Telescoping Rack for TruXedo Elevate Rack System # TX46NV would sit so they would not be compatible. You would need a cover like the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK46FR, which would sit inside the bedrails and leave space for the towers of the rack.
