How to Determine if a Bike Rack Will Clear a Spare Tire

Question:
I have a 29 Jayco Jayflight travel trailer w/ a hitch on the bumper. Am looking for a 2 bike carrier, but the spare tire is also on the back bumper. Is there a carrier that will work so the bikes do not rub against the spare tire?

It depends on how much space you have between your hitch pin hole and the outside edge of the spare tire. The closest part of the Swagman Original RV Bike Rack item # S64152-2, you were looking at, sits 9-3/4" from the hitch pin hole. You'll want to measure from the hitch pin hole to the edge of your spare to see if it'll work.
