Yes, the Flint Hill Goods 22" x 49" Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitch # FHG27ZR you were checking out will work just fine on a travel trailer. Typical cargo carriers, such as this one, don't have a rating or restriction for travel trailers, but it's still a good idea to keep in mind that it will have more vibration, wobble, and overall stress compared to on a passenger vehicle.

If you don't have a trailer hitch receiver on your travel trailer, I would check out etrailer RV Bumper 2" Hitch # e38HR which fits 4" x 4-1/2" bumpers and 4" x 4" bumpers. If you don't have a bumper, go with a frame mount hitch such as Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703.
