The Draw-Tite # 75684 you were looking at is a Class 3 hitch, not a class IV and would be the correct option for your 2011 Kia Sorento.
If you're going to be towing you'll also want to pick up a wiring harness # C56332 if you have the factory tow package v6 engine, or # C56328 if you have an I4 engine.
