Options For Adding Additional Solar Panels To Trailer With Go Power! 200 Watt Panel Installed

Question:
Hi. I’m buying an rv that has GP solar controller, inverter and a 200 watt fixed panel on roof and so,ar n the side connector. Please send me the options for suitcase or flexible plug and play panels to use in the pre existing port and th existing system. I just need the panel and cord not a full,kit thanks.

Most of the go power solar charge controllers do not have an SAE plug on the side wall for a portable panel, as most of the panels have their own charge controller, so you'll want to confirm that the side plug goes directly to the battery.
For a panel option that's portable, which is what I think you mean by suitcase, we have the 130 watt # 34282730 which is a solid option for adding a little more charging capacity to your system as needed.
If you were to add another roof panel you need to stick with a 200 watt panel as that's what's already there, and mixing and matching panel wattages when they'll be tied together is not good. You'd want to add the # 34282182 and need longer MC4 cables depending how far from your original panel this panel get's installed. Go Power! Currently calls this a 190 watt panel, but it is the same as their 200 watt.
Before adding an additional roof mounted panel you'll need to verify the amp rating of your charge controller to verify that it can even handle additional panels, or you can send me a picture of your charge controller and I can identify it for you.
