Question:
How do I know its charging my lithium batteries properly? I did click on the s1 switch to oninch for lithium but it doesnt seem to be charging any faster than my old non-lithium WFCO it replaced.

If the amperage of the old WFCO converter is 35 amps like the Progressive Dynamics 4100 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel - 35 Amp # PD4135K is then you wouldn't be charging your battery faster than before. The difference is that the voltage is higher for the lithium profile on the # PD4135K so that the batteries can fully charge, whereas with a standard lead acid charger you'd never be able to fully charge the battery since the voltage isn't high enough.
If you want your battery to charge faster then you would need to install a higher amperage charger. That being said, batteries have set limits on the amount of amperage they can handle and most lithium batteries can only accept around 30 amps due to their internal battery management system. You'll want to check the battery to see what rating it has listed to see if upgrading is even possible. If you do upgrade the amperage of the charger you'll also need to upgrade the wire gauge used for your connections as well to ensure they can handle the load.
