What are the dimensions of this product? Is it safe for marine use?

The SmartPlug RV TV/Internet Inlet # SM78VR measures 3-3/8" Wide x 5" Tall x 1-1/4" Deep but it also comes with a 1/4" thick gasket you put behind it so the depth could also be considered 1-1/2" when including the gasket. The mounting hole pattern is 2-7/16" x 2-7/16" as well. You can see all of this in the attached images.
This is also completely safe for marine use!
