Question:

How do I make the outside TV play dvd, I co firmed it is on Zone 3, speakers are playing movie but movie will not play. Keep getting error, no signal.

The zones for the Jensen RV Stereo w DVD Player # JWM90A are only going to control the speakers, which is why you're hearing the audio but not getting the video. In order for the video to be played through your outdoor tv you'd need an HDMI cable # 324-000012 ran out to the outdoor tv. Most of the time the manufacturer only runs the cable to the tv's inside the trailer so you're most likely not hooked up.

If you are hooked up then we'd be looking at either the tv, cable, or stereo being the issue and we'll have to do a bit of troubleshooting. We can first test to see if the cable is the issue by either hooking the cable up to a tv and stereo that we know works or just swapping out the cable to see if a new one that we know works changes anything.

Next you would connect the cable and stereo to a different tv that we know works and we can rule out that the tv is the issue. If we connect to another tv and there's still the same issue then the stereo is most likely the cause. Unfortunately there isn't much we can really do with bad ports or internal malfunctions with stereo systems or tv's so you'd be looking at replacement. If this is the route you have to take then let me know the model of your stereo and I'd be happy to find you a compatible replacement.
