Troubleshooting An RV Stereo System That Plays DVD Audio But No Video

Question:
We have a Jenson system in our 2017 Springdale 5th wheel. We cannot get a picture to come on when using the DVD player. We can hear sound, but no picture. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If your Jensen stereo isn't displaying picture but still allowing sound then I would first make sure that the connections between the stereo and tv are fully secured. If they are then the next step would be to swap out the cable you're using, whether it's RCA cables # DG52486PB or HDMI # 324-000009.
If replacing the cables doesn't work then the next step would be to connect to a different tv to see if the port on the tv is the issue. If the TV isn't the issue then it would indicate that there's an internal issue with the stereo and that it would need to be replaced. If this is the case then let me know what you have and we can find a suitable replacement for you.
