It sounds like you need a roof rack for your 2020 Toyota RAV4. We have a couple of options and the one you will want depends on what is currently on your roof. There are three options that your RAV4 could've come from the dealership with and I have listed them all below along with the necessary parts:

Factory installed raised rails that run front to back

Naked roof no existing rails or crossbars

All of these roof racks are compatible with the Trunx Rooftop Cargo Carrier item # TRX44FR you were looking at but you may need to drill into it depending on where your crossbars line up once installed. This won't be an issue if you have any of the rails on your roof already but the naked roof option most likely won't work with this cargo box.

Instead you will want the Thule Force XT L Rooftop Cargo Box item # TH6357B. This is a larger cargo box that will be adjustable to fit a wider range of crossbar spread.
