Question:
Can you tell me the distance between the mounting holes? Im looking for mounting holes 1.25 inches apart from center of hole to center of hole.

The Phoenix Faucets 3-Position Hand-Held Shower Bracket # PF276005 has a 3/4" spacing from center to center of the mounting holes. With this being the only option that we currently offer I recommend just filling in the old mounting holes with some silicone and drilling new ones if you can't find an alternative.
