The Blue Ox tow bar wiring kit part # BLU79FR that you referenced does not fit a 2012 Chevy Cruze as it fits Wranglers. For your vehicle there aren't any custom fit options and you'd have to go with a diode kit like the Roadmaster part # RM-15267 which splices into the taillight wiring of your Cruze.
