Question:
I lost the 2 hand screw pins that secure the ramp to the rack. Could you provide the screw and thread specs so I can find a replacement?

The hand knobs which secure the ramp to the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier part # e98873 are M10 bolts per the instructions. I don't have the exact specs further than that unfortunately but a trip into the hardware store should have what you need.
