Technically you could use the Dometic 300 Weekender RV Toilet # DOM64FR in a home but a residential toilet is going to be better in terms of quality. This style toilet is made of polypropylene instead of ceramic so it's not as comfortable or sturdy as a standard toilet.
The water pressure in your house is most likely a bit higher than a typical RV as well so you would need to somehow regulate the pressure on that specific water line down to about 40-55 psi so that it doesn't destroy the water line or fittings on the toilet.
You could most likely find a better toilet for a lower cost at your local hardware store that's better equipped to handle higher usage than an RV toilet.
