Would it be Okay to Mount Rhino-Rack S512 to Prinsu Rack Extrusion

Question:

Would it be okay to mount the Rhino-Rack S512 be mounted to a Prinsu Rack 80/20 extrusion using t slot nuts and 1/4-20 screws, similar to how the KC-FK8 Fit kit mounts? It looks like access the knobs will be very close to the roof if I use the clamps and it will be difficult to take it on and off. The slots with in nuts would make it easier.
