currently have dometic sealand model 111 low profile clearance from center of hole is 12 in so i think i am good with this model. but my mount to the floor looks like I have 4 bolts not 2. Is that the base plate ? do you have the base plates i need?

Since you have a 4 bolt mount currently what you would need to install the Dometic Toilet part # DOM99FR is the part # DOM73FR which makes the conversion you are needing.
