Demco has a similar coupler for 3 inch wide channel that fits the 2-5/16 inch hitch balls with the part # DM13203-52 but the part # DM12925 that you referenced only fits the 2 inch hitch balls. The # DM13203-52 has an easier to use latch mechanism as well. Nothing in the ball size you want from Demco has the trigger latch like the coupler you mentioned.
