Is Image Supposed to be Reversed on the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System

Question:
I installed the system today, i placed a bicycle behind the truck and image on the screen is reveresd just like the view in a mirror, is it supposed to look that way?

Yes, this is normal. I have the Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System, # HM50002, and it does show the same image orientation as the mirror. I am actually glad it does because if it did not, it would be awkward looking at it and then the mirrors and back to the monitor again. It would get a little confusing.
