Will this fit cargo box fit on top of a 2022 Toyota RAV4 XLE with flush mounted rails that run front to back? Will we be able to open the back of the vehicle with this box installed? Thank you!

I'd be happy to walk you through how to tell if the Thule Force XT # TH6359B will fit on your 2022 Toyota RAV4, but we do not have the measurement from the center of your front crossbar and the hatch to know if you'll be able to open the hatch.
The # TH6359B will fit your crossbar spread just fine, but you'll need to make sure that from the center of your front crossbar to the gap where the hatch and roof meets is at least 54-3/4" or you won't be able to open the hatch.
If you find you don't have that much space you'll need to go with a smaller box like the Thule # TH614 which only requires a measurement of 42-5/8".
