I know this is not what you want to hear as they are very nice and convenient but the power retractable running boards/nerf bars on your 2018 Ford F-350 are going to have to go if you want to use a set of frame mounted camper tie-downs which is what I recommend. The two just simply aren't compatible due to where they mount and the steps will have to be removed. Then, you can use the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs, part # TLF2022 for the front and part # TLF3008 for the rear. These will pair great with the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles part # TLS9529-2-LK which will complete your setup.
If you need help getting in and out of the truck still, you can always add a set of standard steps to the cab such as the Westin R5 Nerf Bars part # 28-51095 or DeeZee NXt Running Boards part # DZ16321-16327 depending on your preference.
