Does this come with everything needed to mount?

The Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler # BD0287600300 includes the inner and outer tube along with the tube pin/clip and pinch bolt. You will only need to weld this to your Gooseneck structure and provide a lock for the coupler latch if you need to secure it to your truck. We do have the AMPLock Trailer Coupler Lock # AMP69FR which will allow you to secure the trailer coupler when it is disconnected.
