Is there any 4 bike rack that can accommodate two Lectric ebike 2.0 step through ebikes with fenders and two Aventon Pace 350 step through ebikes no fenders at the same time?

Given the weight and style of your e-bikes, there is not a 4-bike rack that can accommodate all 4 bikes at the same time. I have included a couple other ways to potentially carry your 4 bikes.
I would start by putting the (2) Lectric 2.0 bikes on a 2-bike rack because they are the heavier bikes between the Lectric 2.0 (64lbs., 57lbs. with the batteries removed) and Aventon Pace 350 (49lbs., I could not find battery weight information to know how much they weigh with the battery removed).
I recommend the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # Y36FR. I like this rack because it has the included ramp to help load the heavier bikes and the weight capacity you are needing at 66lbs. per bike. It also has a more versatile mounting style. The clamps that hold the bike adjust up and down and rotate for different angles, this will be helpful with your step-thru bikes.
You could then try to fit your other two bikes in the back of your vehicle or use (2) roof mount bike racks.
I would recommend using (2) of the Inno Tire Hold II Roof Bike Rack # INA389. This bike rack has a weight capacity of 50lbs. which is enough for your Aventon Pace 350 bikes. It also has a wheel mount style that will not interfere with your fenders.
