Both vehicle wiring harnesses are pretty similar, but if I had to choose between the two, I would choose the Curt # 56016.

The Curt converter box has a slightly higher amperage capacity, is a bit less expensive and uses a superior method of constructing the electronic circuits in the converter box. The Curt box uses what they refer to as Surface Mount Technology, where the components are soldered directly to the circuit board, rather than through holes in the board. This typically results in a smaller circuit board, and makes the circuit board less susceptible to vibration and jarring.
