hi, i am installing a 1.25 inch hitch on a VW passat to carry two ebikes weighing 52 pounds each so a total of 104 punds. the hitch is rated for 200 pounds. would this bike trailer work? thx

The Thule T2 Classic Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH9045 will work great for your application, but you'll need to remove the batteries from your e-bikes. Since this rack has a max weight capacity of 100 lbs and your bikes weigh in at 52 lbs it's always best to be safe than sorry, especially when expensive bikes are involved.

If this doesn't work out for your application we have the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # NV12B you can use instead. This is essentially the same as the T2 Classic when it comes to features, but it's a nicer bike rack, easier to use, and it can carry up to 2 e-bikes weighing in at 60 lbs.
