Is The Wire Sequence Flipped On The Rear Side Of The SmartPlug RV Internet Inlet

Question:
Greetings eTrailer team. I see a lot of photos of the exterior of the SmartPlug RV Internet Inlet, but what does the interior side look like? If the actual receptacle is a CAT6 ethernet coupler, what are the requirements for the sequence of the CAT6 colored wires? Some couplers require each RJ45 to have matching color sequences, some require the colors to be reversed. Thats two questions :-

I've attached a photo of the back side of the SmartPlug RV Internet Inlet # SM38FR below so you can see how it connects to your cables. The RJ45 connector inside of this inlet is a simple straight across connection point so you won't have to flip the wires to get everything lined up correctly. You would simply plug into the back side of the inlet the same way you do on the front side of the inlet.

Kevin C: Exactly the picture I was looking for - thanks. My mounting position will be such that back of plug will be on a visible inside wall. Question - does SmartPlug offer a decorative backplate? Thanks
