What Size Ball Shank Diameter and Length Works with Reese Sway-Control Bracket RP26003

Question:
Ive read that this bracket adds a 1/2 inch to the ball mount. Which 2 inch ball has the correct shank length to compensate for the increased ball mount? And, which diameter shank?

The ball hole diameter on the sway control bracket # RP26003 is 1 inch. I have included a link to the 2 inch balls that have a 1 inch diameter shank for you. There are various lengths available from 2 inches to 3-3/8 inches. Since I am not sure what length you normally use I would err on the side of caution and go with the longest, # 63849.
