Hi, i have a Mazda CX-3 with a Thule Wingbar Edge 37 cross bar #721420. Would the following two products work on top of this? Rhino-Rack Universal Platform 48 x 38 # RR42114BF about a half inch wider than my cross bar Rhino-Rack Rooftop Cargo Bag 7cu 55x19.5x11.5 which is 7 longer than the platform. Can i strap this securely to the rack if i just fill the bag less? Overall im trying to get a system with minimal added height as i have a low garage but can carry a snowboard + some gear duffels.

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Universal Pioneer Platform Rack For Crossbars # RR42114BF will work on the Thule WingBar Edge Crossbars # TH26SC (721420). The Rhino-Rack platform requires 36" of usable space and the 721420 crossbars have a loading space of 32"-36".
You can use the Rhino-Rack Rooftop Cargo Bag # RRLB200 you asked about and underfill it to keep the length shorter and inside the platform. But in my opinion, you would be better off using the Rhino-Rack Rooftop Cargo Bag # RRLB350. The # RRLB350 measures 47" x 37-1/2" which is pretty much the perfect size for the Rhino-Rack platform and has the same 11.5" height as the # RRLB200 bag you asked about.
