As of right now (February 2023) we don't have any photos of the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e72KR for your 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK350, but fortunately this hitch looks exactly the same as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13177 just with a matte black finish instead of glossy black like what the Curt has.
I'm attaching a photo of the Curt hitch as well as a photo showing the difference in the matte and glossy black finishes for you to check out.
