Will this hitch fit my 2014 Subaru outback with the 6 cylinder engine?

Yes, Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75673 will fit your 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon as long as it is not the Sport model. There are currently no hitches for the Sport models.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring you can use # 118467. I have included links to the instructions and videos showing typical installations of the hitch and wiring for you.
