Question:
2016 transit connect. The passenger side t connector fits well. The drivers side doesn’t fit because it is a smaller connector. Can you advise me on the correct 4 pin harness to buy?

I am not sure what harness you attempted to install but the Tekonsha kit part # 118613 is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Ford Transit Connect and is the harness we've been able to install on vehicles like yours. It could be possible you found the wrong connector on your vehicle to install harness. I attached an install video for you to check out that would show you where to look.
