Is the SM98FR a shielded plug connection? Also, what is the cat rating for this plug?

The SmartPlug RV TV/Internet Inlet # SM98FR would not be considered a shielded plug connection since it is only sealed when the cap is fully on, which would only be the case if you weren't using it. It has a CAT 5 rating.
