Can you buy the quick connect couplers separately?

It appears that the quick disconnects like what's on the RV Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull Down Spout - Single Lever Handle # 277-000409 is not available as a replacement.
The only way to receive a replacement quick disconnect is to replace the entire unit, unfortunately.
