Finding Factory Code For Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock

Question:

We bought a used 2021 geo pro 20bhs with this lock. We do not know the factory or user code. I replaced the battery but need to set a new code. How do I do that without know the previous codes? Is there a factory reset?

I Googled how to find the factory code for the Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock for Travel Trailer # 295-000183, and found that you'll simply need to unscrew the back plate. When you do that, there will be a white sticker that says pin code which is the factory code.
